Our core region encompasses:
- Mainland EU
- UKÂ /Â Ireland
Starting January 2025 it includes the U.S. states Florida, California, and New York.
We don’t currently cover Iceland, Greenland, Canada, U.S. states not listed above, and other U.S. territories.

When you’re traveling for a longer period outside of our core regions (3 weeks or more), please get in touch with us so that we can organize a partner organization to handle standby (subject to availability).

Please understand that we cannot guarantee standby outside our core area. Should an emergency occur there, please nevertheless get in touch for us to judge it on a per-country basis.
