Ever heard of the term cryocrastinator? It means someone who procrastinates signing up to be cryopreserved in the future. People have read up on cryonics and thought that this is a great service. They’d like to sign up, but for some reason, they delay it.

Why do people do this? Maybe they think it’s not so urgent that it can wait. Maybe they think, “Why should I sign up when I’m young? Won’t it be cheaper when I’m older?” However, cryonics isn’t concerned about the present, but about the future. Putting off signing up for cryopreservation can seriously impact you in the future.
